Visualizing plant data

 ILS Technology, a connectivity company according to CEO Fred Yentz. DeviceWise enables us to instrument devices from the edge. SecureWise secures remote data access. It announced in today's press conference "Virtual Service Infrastructure (VSI)" Application Suite. ILS Technology began (at least as explained to me over the past few years) as a way to get device information directly into enterprise databases (Oracle, IBM). Now it has developed a virtual service visualization built on "agents" or multi-purpose modules deployed depending uponuser requirements. It is built upon the DeviceWise and SecureWise technologies, but also can take in other information. It is sold in a subscription manner. Available now, it is designed to help customers in smaller locations or others who need a smaller, more finite data management solution than offered with a huge database. It is browser based and clients can be browers.
