McLaren Software is showing us now an add in for Microsoft Outlook for controlling document mangament work flow. The approval process for documents can be a major problem, with delayed approvals or lost documents potentially costing large amounts of money. This is a tool to help get the process going as anticipated. As they say, everyone uses email so combining document management and email seems like an efficient way to go.
