Comments on ISA

Received this from Steve Rubin (Intellution, Longwatch) via Twitter:

ISA needs a multi-prong approach: schools (education and future engineers), seminars (advancement) and networking (social). They squandered opportunities trying to maintain "status quo" and not rock the boat.  Too bad the seas got rough anyway!
